The Ottawa Senators are looking to right the ship after a tough loss against the Montreal Canadiens on Monday night. They face off against the Detroit Red Wings tonight, and will do so with a much-needed reinforcement.

Kyle Turris, who has been out with a viral infection since October 24th, finally got the green light from the team doctors to enter tonight's lineup.

"I'm feeling good," Turris told Craig Medaglia of NHL.com after Wednesday's skate. "It was pretty serious so it was something that we didn't want to take too lightly. I'm very lucky to have had Gerry, Dom, Dr. Chow and my wife taking care of me."

Conversely, Mark Borowiecki is dealing with an undisclosed illness and will miss his second straight game.

Turris has 8 points in 9 games so far this season.
