There was speculation about Brandon Prust leaving the country to play in Germany and according to Darren Dreger, it is now official. Prust is packing his stuff and is expected to leave the country tomorrow.

Prust, 32 years-old, played 9 seasons in the NHL. During his career he wore the colors of the Flames, the Coyotes, the Rangers, the Canadiens and last year he played for the Vancouver Canucks.

He cumulated 40 goals and 75 assists for 115 points in 486 games. In 2010-2011, Prust recorded his best season in goals (13), assists (16) and points (29) with the Rangers.

The NHL getting faster everyday, it would come as a big surprise if Brandon Prust was to skate in the NHL again.
