The Minnesota Wild have assigned forward Luke Kunin to the Iowa Wild (AHL), the team announced on Tuesday. The 19-year old forward has registered four points in seventeen games played so far this season.

Kunin was drafted 15th overall by the Wild in 2016. He played two seasons at the University of Wisconsin, registering 70 points in 69 games.

Minnesota have also assigned forward Joel Eriksson Ek, former first round pick (20th overall) in 2015, to the AHL earlier today.

The Wild will play their next game Wednesday night against the Buffalo Sabres.
