Brendan Lemieux goes viral after incredible shot blocking sequence
Just more proof that hockey players are the toughest athletes in professional sports.

In case you missed it last night, New York Rangers forward Brendan Lemieux went viral online after an incredible shot-blocking sequence against the New Jersey Devils.
Lemieux absolutely laid his body on the line to block a slapshot from Devils blueliner P.K. Subban and ended up injuring himself in the process. So what does he do? Fall to the ice and lay there in a motionless heap? Not a chance, this is hockey... not soccer.
Lemieux got up and managed to somehow get himself back into position before blocking a second Subban blast.
