According to multiple online reports, the Boston Bruins have invited 36 year old veteran defenseman Anton Stralman to training camp on a professional tryout (PTO) contract.

Check it out:

Stralman played last season with the Arizona Coyotes, putting up eight goals and 23 points in 74 regular season games. He spent the previous two seasons with the Florida Panthers after five seasons with the Tampa Bay Lightning during the prime of his career. He's a steady presence on the back end and could help fill the void left by Matt Gryzelcyk until he returns to action from his offseason shoulder surgery.
