Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli announced earlier this week that 10 players were cut from the Bruins preseason roster. The Bruins have a 1-2 record in the preaseason. Most of the players that will be named are probably not familiar to most Bruins fans as most of them had not played much when the first series of cuts were announced. The cuts are as follows: Defensemen: Tommy Cross, Frankie Simonelli, Ben Youds, Steve Eminger and Mike Young. Forwards: Ethan Werek, Cory Cane, Andrew Ammon and Rob Flick. The three goaltenders fighting for the back up job were Niklas Svedberg, Malcom Subban and Adam Morrison. Morrison was sent down this week leaving Subban and Svedberg to fight for the #2 spot in Boston. Svedberg appears to be the favorite in the race, but Subban is not fa behind and could very well play his way into the lineup. What do you think of the cuts?
