Veteran NHL forward Milan Lucic is back where it all began, having agreed to re-join the Boston Bruins with whom he helped to the Stanley Cup championship in 2011 and also gave the fans of Beantown countless great memories.
The unfortunate news is that he's been limited to four games after having suffered an ankle injury, and he's experienced a setback in his quest to return to the lineup.
“Looch is not going as quick as we expected, so he’s maybe a week behind where we expected, but it’s not dramatic,” head coach Jim Montgomery said.
The good news for the Bruins is that they've been fine without Lucic, currently sitting at first place in the Atlantic Division with a sparkling record of 11-1-2 so far through their first 14 games of the year.
