Bruins reportedly working on trade deal involving at least 3 pieces.

The Boston Bruins are reportedly trying to orchestrate a trade.

According to a report from City TV's Domenic Fazioli, the Bruins are currently attempting to package forward Ryan Spooner as well as a prospect in the hopes of getting a left-handed defenseman.

Unfortunately according to Fazioli the Bruins have not yet been able to find a suitor for such a trade, something that could lead to the price going up for the Bruins and potentially even resulting in them having to settle for a lesser return than what they wanted.

Spooner is coming off a down year that saw his goal and assist totals both drop following the 2015-2016 season, and it may be that rival teams don't see a great deal of value in the 25-year-old center.
