Bruins sign both Frederic and Swayman, officially use all their cap space
GM Don Sweeney literally can't afford to even make an AHL call up.

The Boston Bruins have officially settled their salary arbitration cases with forward Trent Frederic and goaltender Jeremy Swayman.
Frederic will earn $2.3 million per year on a two year deal, while Swayman gets a one year $3.475 million deal.
And with the two signings the Bruins now have less than $450,000 in cap space. With the NHL's minimum salary set at $775,000 per season this means that the team effectively has $0 in cap space.
