The Boston Bruins are fully geared up for the training camp that will lead them into the 2025-26 National Hockey League regular season.

On Monday morning, the Bruins unveiled their full training camp roster which includes 28 forwards, 17 defensemen and 5 goalies. While players are expected to report on Wednesday of this week, training camp will get into the full swing of things on Thursday when the players hit the ice for the first time.

First let's take a look at who you can expect to see on the ice:

Forwards:
Joey Abate, Viktor Arvidsson, Dalton Bancroft, John Beecher, Matej Blumel, Patrick Brown, Riley Duran, Michael Eyssimont, John Farinacci, Morgan Geekie, Brett Harrison, Tanner Jeannot, Mark Kastelic, Marat Khusnutdinov, Sean Kuraly, Elias Lindholm, Dans Locmelis, Fabian Lysell, Georgi Merkulov, Fraser Minten, Casey Mittelstadt, David Pastrnak, Matt Poitras, Jake Schmaltz, Alex Steeves, Riley Tufte, Jeffrey Viel, Pavel Zacha

Defensemen:
Jonathan Aspirot, Frederic Brunet, Michael Callahan, Jackson Edward, Colin Felix, Ty Gallagher, Jordan Harris, Loke Johansson, Henri Jokiharju, Hampus Lindholm, Mason Lohrei, Charlie McAvoy, Andrew Peeke, Victor Soderstrom, Billy Sweezey, Max Wanner, Nikita Zadorov

Goalies:
Luke Cavallin, Michael DiPietro, Joonas Korpisalo, Jeremy Swayman, Simon Zajicek

Perhaps the most surprising part of today's announcement is the fact that the Bruins haven't brought in so much as a single player on a professional tryout offer (PTO), with many expecting that the Bruins would have added one or two veteran NHL players in an effort to round out their roster this upcoming season. Of course things could change between now and the start of training camp, but thus far there has been no indication that the Bruins will be signing any established NHL veterans still looking for a contract on the open market.

That being said Bruins general manager Don Sweeney has said that the Bruins are monitoring the situation, so don't rule out the possibility of some late additions.

"We're monitoring that market right now," said Sweeney as per The Hockey News. "We're perfectly fine, but we have spoken to some players that we feel would provide even more competition amongst our group."

Stay tuned for more Bruins coverage as training camp officially gets underway later this week.
