According to ESPN's Pierre Lebrun, the Winnipegs Jets haven't asked Dustin Byfuglien a list of team he would like to get traded to.

With the trade deadline approaching, February 29, the Jets were believed trying to ship Byfuglien away before the trade deadline to maximize the return. Big Buff has a partial no-trade clause, meaning he has to give the Jets a list of 5 teams where he does not want to get traded to.

Byfuglien, who will turn 31 in March is ready to hit the free market and believes he can get the jackpot over a 5 year period.

"I don't think there's any way Byfuglien signs for any less than five years in length,"

The problem right now for Winnipeg is that they are still in the hunt for a playoff spot, 4 points behind a Wildcard spot.

It will be interesting to see what the Jets will do around the trade deadline or the draft.
