Calvert blocks hard shot with his balls and the commentators' reaction is priceless!

The Colorado Avalanche clinched a playoff spot last night by rallying from a two-goal deficit to beat the Winnipeg Jets 3-2 in overtime. 

However, some players sacrificed their bodies to make that happen, and poor Matt Calvert is one of them. 

As you can see in the replay in the video below, Calvert - without thinking - stood right in front of a Patrik Laine wrist shot to help out his goalie Philip Grubauer. The puck hit him right in between the pipes, catching him in the balls as the poor forward fell to the ice in pain. 

The game commentators decided to have another look at the play, and when the puck struck, one of the team asked: 

"Did that hit his arm?" knowing fully well where the puck has landed. 

The two men cannot control one another and started to laugh hysterically as Clavert is seen breathing heavily on the Avalanche's bench. One of them had to point out that they weren't laughing at Calvert, it is really just their silly comments that have them going. 

"I think it hit the post," one added as they all continue laughing. 

Priceless.
