This just in, the Vancouver Canucks have announced that forward Nils Hoglander will be out 8-10 weeks after undergoing surgery for a lower-body injury.
The Canucks had previously announced that Hoglander did not need surgery and that he'd only be out week to week. Well... throw that out the window...
Holgander evidently did need surgery and now will be out for at least two months.
