Canucks legend and former NHL tough guy Gino Odjick taken to hospital

Family members of former NHL enforcer Gino Odjick have made posts on social media indicating that Odjick has been admitted to a Vancouver area hospital to fight what is being described as a "serious infection."
Odjick, of course, has had ongoing health struggles the past decade most seriously in 2014 when he was diagnosed with heart disease. The former Vancouver Canucks, Philadelphia Flyers, New York Islanders and Montreal Canadiens forward was an absolute MONSTER in his NHL playing days, striking fear into even the toughest competitors.
