Canucks prospect goes out of his way to do something amazing.

Just a quick little story here of a young man who's definitely worthy of your praise.

Everyone knows people can be mean, and young adults can be mean, and it would have been very easy for Canucks prospect Brock Boeser to decide that the jokes cracked at his expense for doing this outweighed the benefits, but that's just not the kind of man he is.

Boeser recently heard that a young lady, Baylee Bjorge, had created a social media account to ask him to prom, but when her mother found out she deleted her accounts. Baylee has down syndrome, and obviously her mother had some understandable concerns when her daughter made the request unbeknownst to her.

Well Boeser heard about ti anyways, and when he found out he went out of his way to accept, tracking down Baylee, finding her phone number, and calling her mother to set up what was likely an incredibly special night for Baylee.

Huge props to this incredible young man.
