The Vancouver Canucks poked a little fun at the Chicago Blackhawks and their top star ahead of their matchup on Sunday.

The Vancouver Canucks are traveling to Chicago today to take on Connor Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks in what has to be something of a special game for the young Blackhawks superstar.

Bedard is of course himself from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and will be welcoming his hometown team to the United Center for the first time since joining the ranks of the National Hockey League. The Canucks of course know this well and used that knowledge to poke a little fun at Bedard and the Blackhawks ahead of today's matchup.

The Canucks were showing off the fact that their fans can be found in every NHL city, publishing a series of photos showing their fans having a good time at the United Center in Chicago. The fourth and final photo in the collage however included Bedard himself, playing on the fact that Bedard rooted for their franchise as a child.

While Bedard may have grown up as a fan of the Vancouver Canucks, that likely only means that he will be extra motivated to get the win today against his hometown team.
