Carey Price channels Patrick Roy, gives Mark Stone a wink and a smile after incredible save
Shades of St. Patrick!
HockeyFeed
Game 1 between the Montreal Canadiens and Vegas Golden Knights has already given us plenty of classic playoff moments, but maybe none better than what Habs goaltender Carey Price just served up. Sure, he made an absolutely INSANE save off Vegas forward Mark Stone... but that's not it. It's Price's reaction to the save, reminiscent of a young Patrick Roy, that makes it so classic.
First up... we all know the classic "St. Patrick wink", right? Roy gives a coy smile and a wink to Los Angeles Kings forward Patrik Sundstrom after absolutely ROBBING him in the 1993 Stanley Cup Final.
Rememer this?
Well... Price has his own rendition:
How great is that!?
