Carey Price has a change of heart and stuns with new revelation!

On Tuesday, news was buzzing that Canadiens goalie Carey Price and his family were making a permanent move to Kelowna. That morning, Carey’s wife Angela announced on Instagram that they had sold their home in Montreal.
“I don’t feel like it’s a goodbye to Montreal because we will be back so often, but I do feel like it’s a goodbye to our home and our neighbourhood. There are a lot of feelings and emotions which I will go into later. I already cried on the plane, and we haven’t even taken off yet, so I need to keep it together for now. But our hearts will always be in Montreal,” she wrote.
Last month, Price had put his family home on the South Shore of Montreal up for sale despite still three years left on his contract with the Canadiens. Though it hasn’t been confirmed, the netminder is semi-retired due to an injury and no one truly expects him to return in an NHL crease.
But here’s the twist. Angela Price has also confirmed on a podcast that they have considered buying property downtown Montreal for the hockey season. Making it sounds like the goalie could remain involved with the Habs during the season.
This new update sure got Canadiens’ fans excited and who can blame them?!
Earlier this month, the theory surfaces that Price could embark on a new career similar to the one Roberto Luongo put together with the Florida Panthers back in 2020 when he created a goaltending excellence department.
With Price keeping a foot down in Montreal during the hockey season sure makes it sound like this goaltending department led by the star goalie could become a reality.
