Last night Vegas Golden Knights goaltender Carter Hart made his first start in Canada since his acquittal in an Ontario court this past offseason.

Hart, of course, was exonerated on serious charges and subsequently signed with Vegas in an attempt to resume his NHL career. So far this season, the 27 year old goalie has been pretty stellar with three wins in his first six starts. Last night in Edmonton though... things didn't go his way. Hart, a native of the Edmonton suburb of Sherwood Park, dropped a 4-3 decision in front of his hometown crowd.

After the game Hart went viral again, but this time for all the right reasons. Hart sought out a teenage boy who was wearing a Hart Philadelphia Flyers jersey and he gifted him an autographed game worn glove.

Regardless of your thoughts and feelings on Hart, you've got to appreciate this move. A classy move from a guy who is trying to move forward in life.
