The Battle of Pennsylvania lived up to its name Tuesday night — and then some. What started as a tense, back-and-forth game between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers turned into a full-blown overtime circus that fans won’t soon forget.

Overtime was wild from the start. Both teams had goals overturned in dramatic fashion before tempers finally boiled over in front of the Flyers’ bench.

What followed was pure madness: a full line brawl with players on both sides pushing, shoving, and dropping gloves while officials scrambled to regain control.

By the time the dust settled, eight misconducts were handed out, including one to Penguins captain Sidney Crosby himself and Flyers' new star forward Trevor Zegras. That meant several key players were unavailable for the shootout. An added twist to an already insane finish.

When the puck finally dropped for the shootout, Bobby Brink sealed the deal with a filthy move to give Philadelphia the 3–2 win on home ice.

It wasn’t just a game, it was just another fiery chapter to one of hockey’s fiercest rivalries.
