The Boston Bruins have signed defenseman Christian Ehrhoff to a professional tryout contract, according to TSN’s Bob McKenzie.

The 6’2”, 205-pound blue-liner showed he still got it with three points in six games for with Team Europe.

Ehrhoff played 48 games between both the Los Angeles Kings and the Chicago Blackhawks, and totaled 12 points last season.

In 2011, Christian Ehrhoff was blue-liner for the Vancouver Canucks, and was present against the Boston Bruins in the Stanley Cup finals.

He was also a member of the San Jose Sharks, Buffalo Sabres, and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
