Classy move by Kevin Hayes to rival Canadien ahead of the Flyers’ game!
Pure class!
HockeyFeed
Flyers’ Kevin Hayes knows how important the NHL debut is, and on Tuesday, Montreal Canadiens’ Sean Farrell was lacing up his skates for the first time in the big league in Philadelphia. Hayes went the extra mile to encourage the young forward with a very classy move, sending him a signed hockey stick, which read:
“To Sean, congrats on making the NHL. Here’s to a lot more games!”
The two players grew up just 40 miles apart in Massachusetts. Hayes put the rivalry aside to welcome a young player in the league, and you have to admit, this is just pure class.
Well done, Hayes!
