Claude Giroux, frustrated he didn't make the cut!

The NHL network released their list of the top 20 centers playing in the National Hockey League on Sunday, and Philadelphia Flyers captain Claude Giroux was not pleased with it. 

In an interview with NHL on NBC, Giroux reacted to the fact that he did not make the list. 

“Frustrating,” Giroux said. 

“When you try to do something and you can’t do it — your mind wants to do something but your body doesn’t do it, it’s frustrating."

In 82 games last season, Giroux scored only 14 goals and 58 points. He was a finalist for the Hart Trophy back in 2014, but last season was one to forget. 

Added pressure for the 29-year-old: he is under contract for five more years — with a no-movement clause.
