Coach Guy Boucher makes hilarious, thoughtful comment about rookie Chabot.

Thomas Chabot is expected to make his NHL debut this year if everything goes according to plan. The big and powerful defenseman ran through the LHJMQ for four years and is now expected to join the Senators organization full team, either in the AHL or the NHL. Making such a huge step requires a good coaching process to be sure everything goes according to plan. 

Coach Guy Boucher produced a pretty slick quote about his vision for Chabot. 

''Do we give steak to a baby?''. Well, actually no, we don't, so it makes a lot of sense. It's just so Boucher-esque to give such a comment about one of his rising prospect. He's absolutely right, but the formulation is hilarious.
