CONFIRMED : Major deal involving star goalie!

Ben Bishop has been traded to the L.A. Kings. It's still unclear what Tampa Bay received in return, but it seems Peter Budaj is in the equation.

Unclear whether trade call has been made on Bishop to LAK and until then, not official, but player knows he's been traded.

Bishop was a big piece of the rumors this week. The star goalie was expected to be traded as a rental player, since his 5.95M$ contract is set to end this year. He'll be an unrestricted free agent at that point.

If rumors are true, this could be major in terms of who gets what.
