Of course, OF COURSE, it would be notorious workout freak Gary Roberts who would make me feel like an absolute trash bag…
Earlier today, McDavid tweeted out a video of him and Roberts demonstrating an “easy” 15 minute workout for hockey fans stuck at home and trying to stay healthy. And you know what? It’s actually pretty cool. There’s no equipment needed and these are all exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own living room… provided you get your ass off the couch.

As we’ve established, I’m no workout fiend… but I think that Connor’s squat form leaves a little to be desired. The kid might be able to skate circles around me, but at least I can call him out as a sub-par body weight squatter… winning!
