It's nearly 2026 and Corey Perry is still out here pissing off players in the NHL.

This evening Perry has his sights on Dallas Stars superstar Mikko Rantanen after Rantanen ran Los Angeles Kings goaltender Darcy Kuemper.

Ratanen ended up running Kuemper at the top of his crease, negating a goal due to goaltender interference. Kuemper remained down on the ice in discomfort for some time and was eventually helped off the ice by teammates. That's when Perry got involved.

But first, here's the transgression by Rantanen:

First off, that's textbook goalie interference to me. Kuemper is completely in his crease, trying to make a save and he gets bumped by Rantanen. It's important to note also that Kings defenseman Brian Dumoulin doesn't force Rantanen into Kuemper himself.

In any case, Kuemper his left the game presumably to be reviewed under the NHL's concussion protocol.

Here's Perry losing it on Rantanen while the officials sort things out:

Something tells me this story ain't over... stay tuned.
