Costco Guys send a message to the Maple Leafs and their #1 fan.

The Maple Leafs #1 cheerleader may never live this one down.

The Toronto Maple Leafs and their fan base has had to suffer through some tough losses over the course of the last several years, but this may be a new low even when measured against the past.

Throughout the Stanley Cup playoffs former National Hockey League forward Paul "Biznasty" Bissonnette has made no effort to hide his bias when featured on the NHL broadcast, showing the hockey world that he bleeds the white and blue of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Bissonnette has even gone so far as to wear Maple Leafs themed clothing while on the broadcast, something that hasn't always gone over well with some members of the viewing audience.

From my perspective the broadcast is a better product when biases are out in the open but being so open and honest also leaves you open to getting chirped and this week the Maple Leafs #1 cheerleader was on the receiving end of a chirp that he may quite frankly never live down.

Prior to Game 3 between his Toronto Maple Leafs and the Florida Panthers, Bissonnette was on the receiving end of a video from the "Costco Guys" who seem to be absolutely everywhere these days. The Costco Guys made it clear to Bissonnette that his team was "DOOMED" and as if the chirp itself wasn't bad enough, they would of course be proven correct when the Panthers won their first game of the series in overtime in Game 3.

Bissonnette is already hearing about it with his co-host on the Spittin Chiclets podcast, fellow former NHL player Ryan Whitney, giving him a chirp of his own after seeing the video.

Ouch.
