Crazy stats: Jagr accomplished some insane things before Gaudreau and Monahan were even born
This is crazy.

It's no secret that Jaromir Jagr is a wee bit older than anyone in the NHL - in fact, he's about twice the age of either of his linemantes, Johnny Gaudreau and Sean Monahan.
In other words, Jagr began his NHL career before either of these players were even born. And in those couple years in the early 1990's, the legend managed some very impressive accomplishments.
Jagr had already participated in two All-Star games - he would go on to play in a total of 13 throughout his lengthy career.
He also became the first Czechoslovakian to be drafted into the NHL without having to defect from his home country first.
To add to his impressive early résumé, Jagr already had two 30-goal seasons under his belt at the outset of his career.
In those first 3 full seasons in the NHL, Jagr's Pittsburgh Penguins had already won two Stanley Cups.
All before his current linemates were even born.
