The Dallas Stars have unveiled a new third jersey, throwing things back to 1999 when the team won their only Stanley Cup championship in franchise history.

Check it out:

The jersey brings back the classic Stars logo and the creative star shaped hem/lines. Love it.

I'd love to see some gold in there, but I kind of dig how they replaced the gold with silver in the new iteration. Maybe a nod to Lord Stanley's silver mug?

Thoughts, Stars fans?
