It should have been a reason to celebrate for the Bruins David Pastrnak. He recorded his first NHL point by assisting on Brad Marchand's 2nd period opener. But unfortunately for Pastrnak the end result for the B's was the only thing on his mind. The Bruins 3-2 loss to the Ducks on Saturday was certainly hard to swallow. This however does not diminish Pastrnak's performance, as he put in yet another solid effort. His post game comments were what really struck a chord, as he displayed a maturity you do not often see from an 18 year old kid with three full games under his belt. Pastrnak (1/2): “I’m sure I’m going to remember this forever, but it would have been a much better feeling if we would have won... — Amalie Benjamin (@AmalieBenjamin) December 2, 2014 Pastrnak (2/2): “...We lose, and the point doesn’t mean anything right now.” — Amalie Benjamin (@AmalieBenjamin) December 2, 2014 Pastrnak is quickly rising in favour among Bruins fans, and why not? The kid seems to actually care about winning with this team after only a week of action. He continues to impress and show a winning attitude. If he keeps this up he'll be a full time NHLer in no time flat.
