Desperate move backfires on Patrick Roy and the Islanders in Game 3

This just in, it's all falling apart for the New York Islanders.
Down 2-0 in their first round Stanley Cup Playoff series against the Carolina Hurricanes and head coach Patrick Roy made a desperate move for Game 3... that move has now backfired. Roy decided to bench veteran goaltender Semyon Varlamov in favor of Ilya Sorokin and... well... big mistake.
Sorokin allowed three goals and just 13 shots and has now been replaced by Varlamov:
Sorokin didn't even last half a game and now the Islanders truly do have their backs up against a wall. Stay tuned. If Varlamov can't pull them back into this then we may be discussing our first sweep of the opening round.
