Devils go after the Flyers after collision at center ice leaves player injured.

Whether it was an accident or intentional this play certainly got the attention of the New Jersey Devils.

Roughly three quarters of the way through the first period of Thursday night's game between the two squads there was a collision between Devils forward Sergey Kalinin and Flyers defenseman Brandon Manning with Kalinin taking the worst of it.

It's hard to tell from the video replay if Manning intended to hit Kalinin or if it was just incidental contact, but the Devils were having none of it, and a brief melee took place at center ice as a result.
