Think this guy's got a shot with the Bruins?
According to online NHL contract resource CapFriendly, the Boston Bruins have signed 22 year old forward Keltie Jeri-Leon to a professional tryout (PTO) contract.
Jeri-Leon, a native of Kelowna, BC, put up 19 goals and 35 points in 57 games last season with the Bruins' ECHL affiliate Maine Mariners last season and also appeared in two games with the Bruins' AHL affiliate Providence Bruins. The undrafted forward likely doesn't have much of a shot to land a roster spot with the NHL Bruins, but I suspect that he'll be vying for a spot with the AHL Bruins in training camp.
