New NHL jersey leaks months ahead of schedule on Saturday morning!
Someone is about to be in a good bit of trouble.
In the early hours of Saturday morning, users on social media began to circulate an image of what appears to be a months-early leak of what will be one of the National Hockey League's new Hometown Remix jerseys for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
The leak, which has of course not been officially confirmed at this time, appears to have first originated on social media site Reddit, specifically in a subreddit dedicated to fans of hockey jerseys, with user Manic_Matcha making the original post. That post features what does appear to be a brand new Florida Panthers jersey, with the user claiming that he has located not one but two different posts on the Ebay marketplace attempting to sell one of the jerseys.
The jersey shows the Florida Panthers in an entirely new light with a brand new logo featuring a crossed palm tree and hockey stick as well as a new take on their colors. Front and center is a loud pink that dominates the jersey with yellow and blue trimming also a prominent part of the new look. Oddly enough the jersey resembles a glass of pink lemonade with its coloring, something that has prompted mixed reviews from users reacting to the leak.
While the responses have been mostly positive, with some even expressing that they love the new look, there have been a few that haven't been so fond of the new take on the jersey. You can see both the front and the back in the images below:
It is different to be sure and for that reason I can't wait to read what you have to say about this new jersey in the comments.
