Last month, former NHL goalie and Hall of Famer Ed Belfour was arrested in Bowling Green, KY on mischief and intoxication charges.

While his mugshot went viral for the goalie’s hilarious grin, the video of his drunk in public arrest was made public on Tuesday and it got viral even faster.

The report mentioned that police arrived at the hotel after receiving reports of a drunk and disorderly man who tried to fight a hotel employee and who struck a glass window.

Belfour was found on the second floor of the Kentucky Grand Hotel and Spa, “clutching a curtain rod that had been ripped out of the dry wall above a window next to him. The subject was kicking the spa door while he was laying on the ground.”

In the video, you can see all that and the fact that Belfour has no clue what’s going on. He is caught asking how much repairs of the damage he caused will cost.

Then, in the elevator, as he is handcuffed, Belfour keeps apologizing for his actions and later admits that he knows what happened: he was out of control.

Police struggled to sit him in the car, where he finally obeys and heads to the station.

This is quite a humiliating look at the Hall of Famer, we must warn you:

Belfour spent 18 seasons in the NHL with the Chicago Blackhawks, San Jose Sharks, Dallas Stars, Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers.

A two-time Vezina winner, Belfour, whose lengthy career earned him a Stanley Cup ring and an Olympic gold medal, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2011.

His 484 wins are fourth all-time among goaltenders.
