Evander Kane and Brenden Dillon drop the gloves on Saturday night.
The two former San Jose Sharks teammates showed no love for one another as they dropped their helmets and their gloves.
These two former teammates did not show any love for one another on Saturday night.
Edmonton Oilers forward Evander Kane and Winnipeg Jets defenseman Brendan Dillon dropped both their helmets and their gloves a little less than midway through the second period of tonight's game between the Jets and Oilers.
Both men squared off and both men removed their helmets and it was clear when they started throwing that both of them had ill intent on their mind. Both men were swinging wildly and although he had some difficulties maintaining his balance on his skates, it looked to me as though Kane was landing better in the exchanges.
Both men battled it out however before they eventually toppled down to the ice together and were separated by the officials on the ice.
