Evander Kane scores a hat trick in just 6 minutes in Game 3!
Evander Kane is on fire.
Evander Kane is lightning up the Calgary Flames in Game 3.
Kane has picked up a natural hat trick in the span of just 6 minutes in Game 3, effectively taking over the game completely for the Edmonton Oilers in the second period. Some of these goals are going to look familiar but I assure you these are 3 distinct goals.
Kane's first of the night came after a great pass, one that forced Flames goaltender Jacob Markstrom to go end to end but he was unable to make the save.
The first one came off a great feed from Edmonton Oilers forward Leon Draisaitl, but this time it was Connor McDavid serving up the pass for Kane to pick up his second goal of the night.
For the third goal of Kane's second period hat trick it would once again be the Oilers captain, Connor McDavid, who would feed him the puck before he once again beat Markstrom and made the hats fly at Rogers Place.
