Every awful transaction Ken Holland has made in the last 10 years

Ouch... these moves don't bode well for the Oilers.

With reports that the Edmonton Oilers are set to sign controversial free agent forward Evander Kane, Oilers fans are decidedly mixed in their reaction to the news. On the one hand Kane has proven himself to be a problem in the dressing room for literally every NHL team he's suited up for. On the other hand, he's a very good power forward capable of putting up 30 goals in a full season.

And let's be honest here... the Oilers need help.

But, is Kane the right fit? It remains to be seen.

But, if I'm an Oilers fan I'm just nervous at the prospect of GM Ken Holland making any changes, whether they include Kane or not. The Oilers GM, longtime Detroit Red Wings GM and Hockey Hall of Famer has obviously made some shrewd moves over the course of his management career but lately... well... let's just say that it's been awhile since he's won a trade. In fact, I don't think he's made a good move in over a decade at this point and Oilers fan OilersPain on Twitter has cataloged Holland's entire transaction history over the past 10 years.

Check out this absolutely insane thread of transactions from Holland dating back to 2012:

You hear that sound? That's the sound of Red Wings fans breathing out a cathartic sigh of relief...

Again, it remains to be seen what happens with the Oilers and Kane, but if nothing else these above transactions have to give you pause for concern. Is Holland the right man to be leading this ship? Superstars Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl aren't getting any younger and they've still yet to experience any real success in this league. The clock is ticking, Kenny...
