Flames and Stars pull off a 1 for 1 trade

This just in, the Calgary Flames and Dallas Stars have pulled a one for one swap of 23 year old defensemen.

Heading to Calgary is Gavin White in exchange for Jeremie Poirier.

Neither player has played an NHL game at this point in their respective careers and look destined to a career as an AHL journeyman. Here's hoping a little 'change of scenery' trade works out for both players and gives them the opportunity to jump-start their NHL chances.
