In spite of the fact that it came as a major surprise to fans and pundits alike, it seems that beloved goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury was well prepared for his return to the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Fleury, who has always had the reputation of being the National Hockey League's most notorious prankster, appears to have prepared an entire litany of pranks for his former teammates to deal with upon his return to the team.

Most of you have probably already seen that Fleury decided to remodel the cars driven by his former teammates, with photographs of them pulling up to work with the number 29 clearly displayed on their vehicles.

It seems that Fleury did not stop there however or perhaps this is merely a case of the Fleury legacy of pranks being passed on to the next generation. According to a report from Penguins writer Dan Kingerski, Fleury's son also tried to sneak a fart machine of all things into the locker owned by Penguins captain Sidney Crosby. It is unclear if this was meant to be a noisy or stinky prank on the part of the Fleury family, because luckily for Crosby the machine failed to go off as intended.

There is still a whole day's worth of time ahead before Fleury suits up for what will unofficially be hs final NHL game on Saturday night when he steps into the net for the Penguins during a preseason clash against the Columbus Blue Jackets, so the Penguins may still want to be looking over their shoulders, and peaking into their lockers, to make sure there aren't any more pranks coming their way.
