Fleury away from Golden Knights for personal reasons

The Vegas Golden Knights reportedly need to make urgent changes to their lineup ahead of Wednesday’s contest against the Predators in Nashville. 

SinBin.Vegas reports that the Golden Knights will be forced to make an emergency recall of goalie Garret Sparks seeing that star netminder Marc-Andre Fleury is away from the team for personal reasons. 

It was not revealed what was pushing Fleury to take time away from the team. 

Fleury, who is quite popular around the league, slipped to 11-6-2 with a 2.54 GAA and a .919 save percentage in 20 appearances after a 3-2 loss to the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday. 

He did not face the Dallas Stars on Monday night; backup Malcolm Subban was in between the pipes for the 4-2 loss. 

We are certainly hoping all is well for Fleury and his family and that he will be back in no time in net for the Golden Knights.
