Flyers' defenseman out after questionable hit.

As we wrote before, tonight's game between the Flyers and the Devils is as intense as it comes. A lot of things happened, and one of them is Radko Gudas being crushed by Dalton Prout. You can see the result of the sequence here, around the 15 seconds mark. 

Gudas left the ice visibly shaken. He's a tough guy, so it had to hurt a lot. 

He tried to come back for a bit but left the game in the second period. We just learned he is out with an upper-body injury and will not return. 

We will keep you posted with more details. It's possible the Player Safety Department will schedule a hearing for Prout tomorrow.
