Flyers rocked by multiple injuries, lose Morgan Frost long-term
A tough break for a team that looks like a legit contender.
HockeyFeed
The Philadelphia Flyers have announced that forward Morgan Frost has suffered a shoulder injury and will be out of the team's lineup indefinitely. Additionally, defenseman Philippe Myers has suffered a fractured rib and will be out of the lineup week to week.
Check it out:
The 21 year old Frost is expected to take big strides this season after putting up two goals and seven points in 20 games with the Flyers last season. The former 1st round draft pick is a highly skilled offensive talent who could complement the team's core moving forward. In other words: this injury hurts not just for Frost, but for the Flyers themselves. Tough break, kid.
