The Toronto Maple Leafs have announced the passing of former defenseman Jim Morrison at 94 years old.

Morrison played seven seasons with the Leafs from 1951 until 1958, which included three seasons where he represented the team at the annual NHL All-Star Game.

In total he played 704 NHL games spilt between the Leafs, Boston Bruins, Detroit Red Wings, New York Rangers and Pittsburgh Penguins.
