Former NHL referee Tim Peel calls out Scheifele says he has “zero respect” for him

Last night Winnipeg Jets forward Mark Scheifele was forced to atone a bit for his hit on Montreal Canadiens forward Jake Evans from last season's tense playoff battle. You may recall that Scheifele railroaded Evans in the waning seconds of a game that the Habs were winning and earned himself a four game suspension.
Here's the hit in question:
Last night Scheifele got into a bit of a wrestling match with Habs defenseman Chris Wideman before firing up the Winnipeg crowd with a "Let's go!" gesture.

What are you celebrating here, Scheifele? You just got dropped in a pretty lukewarm fight...
Fans online saw this reaction and absolutely laid into Scheifele, but perhaps no one as much as former NHL referee Tim Peel.
