If ever you have happen to have 7$ million laying around (first, get in touch with me, I could use that money), you might want to take a look at this new property on the market.

And yes it comes with a rink because, well, it is owned by former National Hockey League forward Gary Roberts, who retired back in 2009 and turned his hockey career into a career in personal training. And he could do it all from his house: a home with a 75-foot-by-45-foot ice rink, complete with an infinity pool to relax in after a skate and a complete gym on site! On and the house backs onto Wooden Sticks Golf Course.

What more do you need?!

Located in Uxbridge, Ontario, just north of Toronto, the 8,000-square-feet home has been put on the market for $6.98 million.

The house has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and has extras of everything — four dishwashers, three bar fridges, three washers, two dryers - to wash off the hockey gear and gym clothes.

We bet NHL players in the Toronto area will fight to get their hands on this place. Not just because of all the amenities it provides, but also because you need quite the annual salary to afford it. People who want to buy this house will need to make a down payment of 20 per cent at $1.4 million. Prospective buyers should expect to pay $30,318 in property taxes each year.

Roberts was drafted 12th overall by the Calgary Flames back in 1984 and played for the team from 1986 to 1996, winning the Stanley Cup with the Flames in 1989.

He then played for the Carolina Hurricanes, the Toronto Maple Leafs, Florida Panthers and Pittsburgh Penguins. He announced his retirement while playing for the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2009.

He has a lot of current NHL players training with him in the offseason.

Check out the house and see if you want to make an offer:
