Former Red Wings goaltender hangs up the pads

Former Detroit Red Wings goaltender Thomas Greiss has decided to call it a career, announcing his retirement from the NHL after a total of 368 career games and 162 wins.

Greiss played in 14 seasons and 368 career NHL games with the San Jose Sharks, New York Islanders, Pittsburgh Penguins, Arizona Coyotes, Red Wings, and St. Louis Blues. 

In 65 games with the Red Wings, Greiss earned 18 wins.
