It is the offseason and a lot more is happening overseas at the 2024 Olympics in Paris, France. Over the past few days, attention shifted to the International competition with some fans devoting all of their focus to French diver Jules Bouyer.
It all started earlier this week when Bouyer was photographed poolside with an image of him taken at the side of the pool that left very little to the imagination. Ever since it was snapped, the 22-year-old has been trending on all social media platforms, and fans got more excited about the men’s synchronised final, in which Bouyer took part on Friday with his teammate Alexis Jandard.

When the picture of Bouyer’s Speedo went viral, fans took social media by storm and comments on the image, on which Bouyer is seen standing in the shower after a practice dive with what he’s packing in his Speedo stealing the show.

This caught the attention of a popular underwear company, who offered Bouyer a lifetime supply of its undies. The company is Shinesty, who is known for its Ball Hammock Pouch Underwear, and its officials revealed to TMZ how they have formally extended the offer to Bouyer.

“When we saw what Olympic diver Jules Bouyer was packing in his South of France, it didn’t matter that we were an American company,” a rep for the undies association said.

“We wanted to give it a gold medal and protect that front truck of his for many Olympics to come.”

Shinesty claims that the deal will include its Ball Hammock underwear and swim trunks, and also looks to team up with

Bouyer and develop “The Family Jules” swim briefs … which it says will be made with, of course, a “reinforced crotch.”
When asked about his bulge going viral, Bouyer reacted in a French interesting, admitting how he had seen the comments, but did not want to get distracted by social media.

“I saw this a few days ago,” he admitted. If it amuses some people to look at my underwear, that’s their problem. I thought it was funny, but with that said, we must also not forget that this can distract and athlete and that this can hurt his performance. For me, that wasn’t the case. It was pretty funny. I prefer people to look at my dives rather than my swimsuit, but there’s no problem.”

In Friday’s competition, Bouyer and Jandard finished in fifth place in the men’s synchronised 3-metre springboard event, France’s best result in the sport so far.

This is Bouyer’s first Olympic Games, where he’s representing France. And he may end up with a lucrative deal instead of a medal.
