Add another name to the roster in Vegas as George McPhee and the Golden Knights have announced that they’ve selected defenceman Clayton Stoner from the Anaheim Ducks in the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft.

The draft, currently ongoing as part of the NHL Awards show in Las Vegas, stipulates that teams may only protect a maximum of 10 skaters and 1 goaltender and evidently Stoner didn’t make the cut for the Ducks

In 360 career NHL games, he has produced seven goals and 48 points. He put up one goal and three points in 14 games last season.
